If this is frightening you
Being hit, grabbed or threatened by someone you are caring for is common and almost never reported. It is a clinical fact about the illness, not a failing of yours, and saying it out loud changes what gets prescribed.

This is health information about someone who may not be able to read this page themselves. It is worth knowing exactly where it goes.
What it records
- Who they are: what you call them, their pronoun, the year they were born, where they grew up, what they did for a living, and the people who matter to them.
- What helps and what makes it worse, in your words — including their music and what to put in their hands.
- The medicines they take, and the two numbers you enter under Who to call.
- How they slept and when they last had a bowel movement, on the days you answer.
- Each episode: when it started, how long it lasted, what you tried, and what settled it.
- The days you marked as appointments, with what they were taking and what you had learned by each of them.
- Occasions you marked as having frightened you.
- Once a week, how you said you were holding up.
- A song and a photo, if you add them. These stay on this device and are left out of the backup, the report and any sharing.
- For the page shown if they ever go missing: how to recognise them and where they might try to go, and a clear photo of their face if you add one. The photo stays on this device like the others; the description travels with the rest of the record.
- Each time you checked for the common causes of a change, and what you found. It goes on the report so their doctor can see it was looked for.
- Anything you write in your own words, including the note for whoever stands in for you.
Where it goes
Nowhere. It is stored by this browser, on this device, and this version contains no code that could send it anywhere — no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, and no sharing. Nobody else can read it, including whoever made this app. The page asks the internet for nothing at all, not even a typeface, so opening it tells no one that you did.
What leaves this device is what you take off it: the report you print or save as a PDF, and anything you copy to paste somewhere. Those are outside the app and it cannot reach them again, so where they end up is yours to decide.
Getting rid of it
Set up → Start fresh erases the record on this device at once, and clearing this site’s data in your browser does the same. The app keeps nothing elsewhere to ask about.
Anything you already printed, saved as a PDF or pasted somewhere is outside the app, and erasing here cannot reach it. Because there is only one copy inside the app, it is also the only copy — use Back up in Set up if losing it would matter.
What it is not
Not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for their doctor. The suggestions are ordinary non-medical care advice, and the report is a record of what you chose to write down — a floor, not a complete account.
